One part of our fence is a weatherboarded stretch of our neighbours house (600cms across, about 210cm high, pictures), and some of the weatherboards are rotting. We need someone to repair or replace the rotten/damaged weatherboards. You may need to inspect in order to quote properly. Not in a rush, flexible with timing.

To remove and replace weather boards to the north side of the rear of the house approximately 6.8 x 3 m and replace the plinth board • To remove and replace weather boards to the south side of the rear of the house approximately 7.8 x 3 m as well to replace the kitchen window with a Dowell timber twin sash window. • Rear of house install missing plinth board x 4.8 m • At rear veranda area approximately 5 x 2.4 mts to install pine lining boards 140 mm to ceiling • At L/dry external door remove old window cover and fit a new cover with clear sheets approx. size 1200 x 1100 mm • Rear of house remove double French doors and install a new timber slider approx. size 1500 x 2105 included with a fly screen door
