Have been delivered in flat packs ready for assembly. Installation is on an existing carpeted floor. Looking for an EXPERIENCED IKEA installer who has assembled PAX systems before and can ensure all units are level, securely fixed to the wall, aligned correctly, and drawers operate smoothly (no doors). No lighting installation. Room is cleared and ready for installation. Please provide details of previous IKEA PAX installations and whether you can supply any required packers/shims for levelling on carpet. Note: my electrician is doing rough-in prior to wardrobe assembly. He will return to install IKEA lights.

Sanding our outdoor deck - approximately 25sqm

Clean and oil rear decking, 4.2 x 5.1m, in good condition. Just needs good clean (tap v close) and oil. I have cleaner and oil. Not urgent, but in next few weeks good. Prefer job done on a Wednesday or weekend. But can discuss possibly be a weekday. Note, dog in photo not here most of time.

Not sure if this can be fixed but we have some light scratches in our floor which we only JUST had fully sanded back and fixed. Anything that can be done for these scratches that won’t look patchy?

3 deck areas - balcony deck sand and stain - (quite weathered will need full deck sanded will need a few coats) - front door deck slight sand and stain ( patchy areas to sand only) - back larger deck light sand in patches only and stain in good condition won’t need much stain, mainly patches - hammer down nails that have lifted

I’m looking for an experienced flooring or handyman professional to repair a scratch in the floorboards in one bedroom. The room is approximately 4.0 x 3.9 metres, however the damage is fairly localised to one area (see photos). The scratch is moderate in size but not spread across the whole room. Floor appears to be timber or timber-look flooring. I’m hoping for a neat, professional repair that blends in as much as possible with the existing floor. This could involve filling, sanding, colour matching and sealing, or another suitable method based on your experience. Ideally looking for someone who has done similar repairs before. Please let me know what approach you’d recommend and what’s included in your quote. Photos attached for reference. Flexible with timing over the next couple of weeks.
