Find an experienced flooring expert in Camberwell VIC

*Flexible on price* Looking for someone to replace the carpet, underlay and rotted timber panelling underneath in our apartment, which we’re getting ready to sell. The timber underneath has rotted due to poor ventilation, so this will need to be looked at and replaced as part of the job. I’ve attached the floorplan and photos to give you an idea of what’s involved. We’re happy to go with a basic, generic carpet, as the existing carpet is pretty low quality anyway. Just looking to freshen things up for the sale without spending too much on the carpet itself. We’re hoping to have everything completed by Friday the 16th, as we’re planning to have an open inspection on the Saturday. Please let me know if you’re available, have experience with this type of work and can provide a quote. Thanks!

Carpet Installation – Approx. 50m² – 3 Bedrooms + Dressing Room Looking for an experienced carpet installer to remove existing carpet and install new carpet and underlay across approximately 50m². The areas include: * 3 bedrooms * 1 small dressing room attached to one of the bedrooms Scope of work: * Remove and dispose of existing carpet and underlay * Measure all rooms and advise the exact quantity of carpet and underlay required, so I can purchase/order these from a carpet retailer * Install the new carpet and underlay once supplied The two downstairs bedrooms currently have furniture, but the furniture will be removed before installation. The upstairs bedroom only has one bed. The bed is difficult to remove from the room, so the installer will need to work around/move the bed within the room as required while removing the old carpet and installing the new carpet. I understand an exact quote may not be possible without inspecting and measuring the rooms. For the Airtasker offer, I’m looking for an approximate total labour cost/range based on the above information. The selected installer can then visit the property, take accurate measurements, assess the job and provide a final quote before any work proceeds. Please include in your offer: * Approximate labour cost for the complete job * Whether removal/disposal of the old carpet is included * Whether you can measure and provide the exact carpet/underlay quantity required * Any likely additional costs * Your availability Carpet and underlay will be purchased separately by me based on your measurements.

Looking to improve several worn and scratched areas on existing hardwood timber floors Please advise proposed method (polish, rejuvenator, touch-up etc). Photos attached.

We have recently got a deck built on our side yard. We will buy the stain from Bunnings. We require someone to apply the stain for us. The area for decking is roughly 2.37 m x 1.05 m. 2.37 being the longest edge.

We want to put decking on a portion of our side patio area. Currently the area is a grass/garden patch. The area for decking is roughly 2.37 m x 1.05 m. 2.37 being the longest edge, noting the remainder of the area is less than this by about half a meter. We would also like the height of the deck to be roughly in line with the first or second step. We are looking for high-quality materials and workmanship and durability in the decking. We want the decking to match the existing decking as closely as possible and allow for rain water drainage. There is access to the underbelly of the house that will need to be retained. We are looking for someone to source the appropriate decking material and build the deck for us.
