Hi there, I need a handyman or carpenter to repair a section of my outdoor timber walkway that has collapsed and broken through. The Job Involves: Removing and disposing of the broken, rotted timber decking boards (as seen in the photos). Inspecting the sub-frame/joists underneath the collapsed section and replacing any rotted supports. Installing sturdy, new timber decking boards to match the height and width of the existing path so it is level and completely safe to walk on again.

We want to put decking on a portion of our side patio area. Currently the area is a grass/garden patch. The area for decking is roughly 2.37 m x 1.05 m. 2.37 being the longest edge, noting the remainder of the area is less than this by about half a meter. We would also like the height of the deck to be roughly in line with the first or second step. We are looking for high-quality materials and workmanship and durability in the decking. We want the decking to match the existing decking as closely as possible and allow for rain water drainage. There is access to the underbelly of the house that will need to be retained. We are looking for someone to source the appropriate decking material and build the deck for us.

THOR floor protection needs to be laid on new herringbone timber floor in a new build in Camberwell. There is roughly 200 sqm to cover. Membrane Low-tack tape to be affixed on the floor first, then protection laid, then joining tape to stock the protection sheet down to the low-tack tape, and also close up gaps between sections of the sheet in the floor.

I have accidentally damaged my hardwood floor. There was an office chair where the picture shows. I forgot to get a mat as I didn’t have any problems in my previous place that is also hardwood. Anyways, looking to find someone who can at least revive it a bit in the next 2 days. I know the damage is severe, but if we could save it even a little bit that’d be great. I have and old house with an outside laundry. The floor is just old floorboards. Some floorboards are broken in a section under the washing machine in the laundry. The floor could also use a clean, sand and varnish. Also, I'll need a hand to move the fridge, freezer and washing machine out of the laundry so the job can be done as well. Price negotiable.
