The wardrobe area was flooded, which resulted in some mould developing on the carpet. However, the leaking issue has now been fixed. I would like to have the carpet replaced. Decontamination should also be carried out if necessary. The affected area is relatively small, approximately 2–4 square metres. There was previously a water leak, which has now been completely repaired. However, a dark water stain remains on the indoor concrete floor and does not disappear after drying. I’m looking for someone experienced in concrete restoration/polishing to remove or minimise the stain and match the surrounding concrete as closely as possible.

Needing the carpet in a small bedroom replaced

Removal of carpet from ground floor apartment. Removal of mezzanine from one bedroom. Removal of 4 storage cabinets from internal, ground floor storage area. Must take all items away and dispose of them.

I’m looking for someone experienced in repairing floating timber flooring. A section of the floating timber floor, about 1 square metre, has buckled in the middle outside the laundry room. The floor buckles during winter but returns to normal in summer, so the issue appears to be seasonal. As far as I can tell, there is no obvious water damage. I’m looking for someone to inspect the cause and carry out the repair. If the problem is related to insufficient expansion gap or another installation issue, I’d like it repaired properly. Our engineered wood floors have some scratches from moving furniture in. Based on their depth, I bought some beeswax sticks to use, but I would like for someone who knows what they’re doing to fill the actual scratches.
