I need skirting boards installed in 5 rooms. They have already been removed. Roughly under 60 lineal meters of skirting boards across 5 rooms. I've supplied a floor plan and the ones highlighted in red are the ones that need to be installed. I have the original boards for the ground floor bedrooms but only half for upstairs. Need a quote for supplies too.

I have just pulled up some old carpet and would like to get someone to sand and polish the floorboards. The floorboards are in great condition and no repairs are needed. Please see photos and plan attached. Final colour should match as close as possible to the other floorboard area you can see in the "short hallway" photo (noting they will probably not be exactly the same). The plan measurements are quite accurate. I very roughly work this out to be approx 9.3m2. There is very easy access for equipment via the front door. Day and time is flexible and can be worked out after we have selected someone. Ideally in the next 3 weeks. Job is in Kew East.

Our hybrid flooring (floating floorboards) are in need of repair. Will need to ensure floor level and relay with new (supplied) floorboards. This is only the hallway section that is required and is approx 2.5m2

Hello! We need someone to sand and polish our floorboards. The floorboards are in great condition and don't need repairing (other than some light sanding). Corridors are joint at an L shape to each other. Corridor 1: 4m long by 1.5m wide. Corridor 2: 3.1 long by 1.2 wide. I will have all carpets, underlay and furniture removed. Please see image for floorboard condition. It is the darker boards in this photo where the carpet was removed. Please quote on the above. Afterwards, we are also interested in polishing out kitchen (3.2m X 5m) and living room (4.6m X 4.3m) as a next step after this.
