I have new floorboards being laid down this week . Was supposed to be in a couple of months time but has been brought forward . I’m wanting to install new skirting boards and architraves around the windows after the floors are laid . We did the same flooing and skirting job last year ( see attached photos ) . It is not standard skirting boards , but rather they are decorative skirting boards from Intrim Mouldings . Firstly , I need a carpenter to come over to my house to measure up the amount of skirting required so that I can order it . Hi, I need a carpenter who can replace a patch of carpet or whole carpet of a standard 3x3m room. Kindly provide quotes.

Issue Need someone to remove and replace or repair some damaged sections of the floorboards What happened Left the evaporative air conditioning on, but forgot to let fresh air in. The floorboards expanded but there was not enough room/clearance due to the way it was first installed. Therefore, it just popped out. Not the whole flooring but just about 4-5 floorboards. What I need Someone who can come in and remove a few of the boards and replace them. i can send the pictures if needed. Or remove them, shave off about 1-2 cm from each side of the damaged floorboards so they can sit snugly back on.

Remove floating timber floor from open space in factory. About 10m x 5m

Need some vinyl planks replaced around the house, I layed myself however some corners are pretty dodgey and needs fixing, others just need recutting to a more tight fit. Cuts easy enough with Stanley knife. I have all materials ready for replacement
