Hello. We have approximately 50 square metres ground floor two-bedroom apartment that we need to have click floors laminate laid. We will have the surface completely clear (demoed carpets, baseboards up) and all "Click - floors" from Bunnings in packages in the unit unwrapped and sorted propertly. In addition, we can supply our sons as assistants to lift the floors and pass to you to help lay and put in place. Don't have any images at this stage as we get possession of the place this Friday.

This will include removal of carpet and skirting board in the living area. I believe flooring canbe lay on top of existing flooring within kitchen (kitchen has been renovated since photos taken). Wooden floor polishing for2 rooms

Damage to floor, largely due to water stains. Looking for repairs on those spots, bringing the floorboards back to their original colour, and a whole polishing of the area.

I have a unit that has a hardwood floor that has been stained with use over the past few years. It's roughly 50m2. I need to have it sanded down and coated with polish so that the floors are presentable.

Bedroom was with carpet, now removed. Boards need to be prepared, sanded and polished to match rest of house. Area is 3.6x3.6.

After a quote to sand, stain and polish floorboards in a 2 bedroom apartment. All rooms have floor boards except the bathroom. Ideally seeking a brown colour (less orange than in pictures) and a matte or satin finished but would like to discuss available options and recommendations. Proposed dates are 3rd - 6th August and the apartment will be empty. A floor plan is attached to provide an idea of size along with some photos.
