I'm looking for an experienced tiler or handyman to repair several loose outdoor tiles at the front entrance of my house. Scope of work: 1. Reattach one loose tile on the front step that has come off 2. Reattach one large wall tile on the entrance pillar that has come off. 3. Remove all old adhesive from both the tiles and the substrate. Prepare the surfaces properly. 4.Reinstall the tiles using a suitable exterior-grade tile adhesive. Ensure the tiles are level, securely bonded and aligned with the surrounding tiles. 5.Re-grout the joints if required. 6. Clean up the work area after completion. Notes: The existing tiles will be reused (no replacement tiles required). Please bring all tools, adhesive, grout and any other materials needed. Paint in a medical clinic treatment rooms. Paint x3 walls and paint x3 splashbacks Walls are currently white. Splashback are currently a dark purple. See some photos attached of the walls and splashbacks as well as an example of the light brown/beige feature colour.

Hello. I'm after an experienced tiler, who works tidy and enjoys their Job. No rushed and sloppy workmanship. Job details. Area 13m2. 300 x 600. Re tiler over existing area. Straightforward job. Not much tile cutting required. Floor is even, so easy to stick down new tiles. Tiles over the step needs to be removed, so my front door will close. Please see photos provided. Price should include everything to complete the job and the materials eg outside glue, primer, edging,tile dividers and caulking. I will pay only for the tiles and grout.
