Hi, I’m looking for a quote for flooring installation in my 1-bedroom mezzanine apartment in the CBD. Scope of work: Remove existing carpet Remove existing kitchen flooring Prepare/level the subfloor if needed ( living room) Install flooring on the stairs as well. Include stair nosing, trims/scotia, transition strips, and disposal of old flooring. The apartment is approximately 35 sqm total, with stairs to the mezzanine. Also, the living room area is slightly elevated because there is ducted heating/HVAC underneath. want to make sure the flooring won’t bounce, lift, block access, or affect heating airflow. I believe underneath the carpet is some type of wood floor already. Could you please provide a rough quote and let me know if you can inspect/measure on site next month ?

Hi handy people! I need someone to lay vinyl flooring at the Melbourne Convention Centre on Thursday 1st August for our stall at the AGHA Trade Fair. Install approx. 60sqm with 9mm laminate flooring and 5mm acoustic undelay (both provided by me). Remove and discard existing carpet. One bedroom apartment located on the 17th floor of a tower in Docklands. The kitchen and bathroom are excluded from the flooring as they have tiles. Refer to attached picture: the red marked area is where the new flooring goes. The floor currently has carpet. It may require some leveling preparation by either grinding or applying leveling fluid. PLEASE SPECIFY IF FLOOR GRINDING IS INCLUDED, or specify your hour rate for floor grinding. Please let me know if you have the tools for the flooring preparation.

Job 1: Removal of existing Computer Cut Vinyl (CCV) and replacement with supplied graphic - approx. size 400mm x 350mm Job 2: Replacement of entire graphic film supplied - approx. size 620mm x 1120mm) on the existing 10mm Clear Acrylic Board mounted to the wall with Spacers. This can be done on-site on the day or before. I can remove the signage and deliver it to you so removal of existing graphic and application of new graphic can be done on your premises, so on the day of installation, only Job 1 needs to be on site. We are looking to have our engineered cork layed, a new product apparently called corkwise, its the same installation as floating floor but cork, it needs to be floated and have Dunlop advance 3 (which we have purchased) laid underneath. The cork area is about 38m. The edges will need to have quad laid on them I think because the skirting boards are very firmly glued but that is tbc. There is a curved pole to lay around and some floor to ceiling windowed doors that we would like corked because you wont be able to add quad or a skirting I don't think but that's probably tbc by you as well, just trying to give you as much detail as possible!

Some minor scratches in a few different areas. The floorboards timber is 12 years old. I need it professionally. Done to look like new.
