We are looking for a professional carpet person who is able to work with us in supplying underlay and carpet for our 3 bedroom home. We have a good idea of what this costs and we have some wriggle room on price and happy to work with someone to get the best outcome. We had carpet court measure the place and they said that carpets come in lineal meters, as carpet comes in rolls of 3.66m wide and because of the angels upstairs, there would be a lot of wastage and we would need 29 lineal meters BUT the area is nowhere near that area - pls see from the pic and you can work it out SO we are hoping to employ someone who could potentially minimise wastage for us. I have a room approx 4.5 x 6 metres with brand new Carpet laid that I need to pull up and then lay vinyl down onto concrete

We’ve pulled up carpet and there is glued vinyl tiles under. Need them removed back to the concrete, if someone has a grinder or hammer drill will be quicker task.

Removal of a dark water stain from hardwood floors. Stained area is approximately 30 x 30cm. From what we understand, the works required would be sanding of boards are required until the surface areas are rid of stains, then a wax oil / timber sealant to try to blend back timber colors. If you could please advise a rough estimate of material costs and how long the job would take, that would be appreciated. Thanks!
