Hi there, I am moving out of my apartment in St Kilda and need a small chip repaired on a floorboard so it passes my final rental inspection. The Problem: It’s a single deep gouge about the size of a fingernail (see attached photos). The dark core of the plank is exposed. The Goal: Fill and color-match the chip so it blends in seamlessly with the surrounding wood grain and matte finish. What you need to bring: You will need to supply your own color-matched repair materials (hard wax kit, laminate repair filler, or professional epoxy) to match the light oak/tan tone of the floorboards. Looking to get this done as soon as possible before my move-out date. Please let me know what materials/method you plan to use when you place your offer. Thank you!

Hi, we have some decking boards that need to be reattached to the underneath of our balcony, 8 boards with another couple loose that are still attached. They're fixed with nails currently. The loose boards have rusted nails that will need to be removed, see photos.

Hi there, My neighbour had a leak which damaged my flooring. Water entered under my door into about 4-5 metres of my entrance. Flooring needs to be replaced and damaged skirting. I’ve had thermal images taken to somehow no further moisture damage. Having issues with neighbour org causing fix. Looking for independent quote. I do not have replacement boards. Will require close match to be sourced.

Ripped up a small deck and this is the remnants. Hasn't been stained in 20+ years, so is probably fine for an outdoor fire or to be chucked on your bonfire. Or maybe there's some other use for it? I dunno...

I need to get flooring done for 65 sq meter 2 bedroom apartment. Have removed carpets and currently exposed concert.

Removal of a dark water stain from hardwood floors. Stained area is approximately 30 x 30cm. From what we understand, the works required would be sanding of boards are required until the surface areas are rid of stains, then a wax oil / timber sealant to try to blend back timber colors. If you could please advise a rough estimate of material costs and how long the job would take, that would be appreciated. Thanks!
