We have already purchased the underlay and vinyl floorboards from bunnings. We require an experienced tradesperson to lay the flooring in a 2 bedroom unit. This will include living area, bedrooms, hallway and inside 2 built in robes. 41m2 is the total area needing flooring. Currently bare concrete ready for flooring installation.

Seeking a qualified professional to assess and replace water-damaged floorboards in a specific area under the staircase (approx. 1.7m²). Scope of work includes: • Inspecting and removing damaged floorboards • Supplying and installing similar, matching-colour boards, ensuring seamless integration with existing floorboards. • Providing all necessary tools and materials • Disposing of all waste • Ensuring the area is fully cleaned upon completion Must have experience with flooring and attention to detail.

About 2-3 meters of floorboards are uneven in the hallway causing some to lift up or sag. Need someone to fix them please

Looking to have skirting boards installed in 3.5 rooms and a small hallway. Existing skirting has already been removed. Would like a quote for installation and a quote for materials + installation.

Am needing 14 stairs with existing carpet replaced with laminate floorboards. Also a strip on each stair needs to be put on. One step also needs to be fixed, there is access under the staircase. I have floorboards already. I just put any amount for the quote as l not sure of the quote cost
