The floorboards are under wall-to-wall carpet, so you will need to temporarily lift sections of the carpet to access the floorboards, then securely refit the carpet afterward. We’ve had a lot of tradespeople walking over our kitchen floorboards this year so we’d like them sanded back, filled, stained and varnished in Black Japan. The wood is pine. Approx 18 sqm. Happy to pay fair price to someone who knows what they’re doing! I will supply the stain and varnish but you’ll need to bring everything else :)
