The studio apartment (25sqm) will be empty as the tenant is moving out . Id like to find someone who has experience with restoring flooring. This timber flooring hasn’t been touched for 20 years. Its original timber flooring in an art deco building. would like the timber floors restored. Sanded and then polished with shine preferably. Open to suggestions on possible ways to restore/breathe new life into the timber floor. There is also linoleum in the kitchen that I believe is layer on top of the timber floor. I’d like this removed and the timber underneath revealed. please send a quote and a description of what you’d do to restore the floor and breathe new life into and I’d like to book someone for this job.

In the middle of a kitchen renovation. Kitchen has been removed. Timber floors have been sanded. We are increasing the refrigerator space larger that will now take space where existing cabinetry once was. This means the timber flooring requires to be extended out approximately 200 x 600mm. We are able to take flooring from another part of the kitchen with out affecting the new kitchen install. Require original flooring to be cut and matched / installed to extend refrigerator foot print. I’ve included 2 photos that show where the flooring can be taken from (on the corner) and the second photo shows where we need to increase the flooring space. I hope that makes sense. The timber flooring once relocated will require to be supported off a concrete floor, in line with the existing installation.

Need someone to lay laminate or timber flooring on top of tiles for a two bedder unit . Need to do the skirting as well. Please inspect to provide full quote.
