From handrail along to small step down to deck - 2300mm 4. Side of small stairs down to deck - 650mm 5. Across top small stairs to deck - 1200mm 6. Side of small stairs down to deck - 650mm Secondly, underneath the pool gate: Here the pool gate and 2 adjacent side panels will need to be dismantled. Then the Merbau timber replaced. Then the the gate and 2 adjacent side panels reinstated. The length of this piece of Merbau is 2m See photos: 2 IMG_4477 3 IMG_4478 4 IMG_4479 - plus see sketch. TOTAL LENGTH of MERBAU - 8,750mm Lastly, The larger set of pine stairs needs replacing. See photo titles “6 Stairs” I will be wanting the angle of this stair changed as the stairs are too shallow and cause tripping, so I imagine one less tread, slightly steeper angle of stringers, plus the the base of the stringers to be on concrete pads to avoid rotting. Both stringers anjd all treads need to be removed and replaced with completely new treated pine timber.

I have a painted timber deck approximately 10m2 that needs to be sanded to be ready for repainting

I have a hallway with carpet that I want vinyl board laid on top. The hallway is approximately 1 metre wide by 6-7 metre long. We removed half the carpets but there are nails on the concrete lab. I’ll buy the vinyl board from Bunnings. We also have staircases too we are planning to do on the future but may do it in one job depending on price. Please quote on hallway first. Thanks

I have approximately 70 square meters of timber deck that I want painted grey. I will supply paint it will need 2 coats. Needs to be cut in around some edges and it has 2 sets of stairs I have pressure washed the deck and it’s ready to go

Deck still in reasonable condition not very old, only light sand is required but will need to be washed prior due to some moss growth from a tree. Approx 140m2 of decking surface area.

Looking for quotes to replace the decking boards on one section of our existing deck in Nerang. The section is approximately 2.4m x 7m (around 17m²). Timber floor in high rise apartment stained from water seepage from fridge.

Refinish approx 16m2 of timber flooring. Peroxide markings. Only 2m2 have the drip markings I foolishly let 6% peroxide drip on the floor.

Timber Flooring marked by 3% hydrogen peroxide. Needs fixing. I’ve tried scrubbing with water and soap.
