Timber floor in high rise apartment stained from water seepage from fridge.

Refinish approx 16m2 of timber flooring. Peroxide markings. Only 2m2 have the drip markings I foolishly let 6% peroxide drip on the floor.

Timber Flooring marked by 3% hydrogen peroxide. Needs fixing. I’ve tried scrubbing with water and soap.

Repair outdoor timber sleeper garden steps damaged by a vehicle. Includes 2 full step rebuilds (replacement of damaged sleepers) and 8 steps requiring re-seating because they have lifted and/or re-securing of the sleeper frames where joins have come apart. For all affected steps, river stones will likely need to be removed and reinstated, and bluestone pavers lifted and reset. Existing stones and pavers will be reused, but will need replacement sleepers fixings.

Looking for an experienced timber finisher to strip and re-stain my front entry on the Gold Coast. The full entry installation includes a large hardwood pivot door with horizontal glass panels, full surrounding timber frame, full-height sidelight panels on both left and right, and a full-width timber transom across the top. Currently a medium-dark brown stain and I want to go lighter — so a full strip back is required, not just a sand and re-coat. There is a section of the timber floor/subfloor that has been cut out and needs repairing before new carpet installation. The damaged area is approximately one panel wide and requires patching or replacing to make the surface level and secure. Access is easy and the job needs to be completed properly so the floor is ready for carpet laying in the next few weeks. Looking for someone repairs who can supply materials and complete the job

We want to replace timber decking with high quality composite decking. Next to our pool area.

I’m in need of old rotted timber stairs and support posts and decking replaced and redone.

I need a few boards replaced. Here and there, where the nails are coming out, I need some decking screws inserted. The boards do not have to be painted . I will repaint the entire deck myself. I can possibly get the timber too.

We recently removed a section of wall leaving this hole in the ground. We do not have any spare boards. Total thickness of the boards currently there are 16mm and the width 145mm. We plan to get the lot sanded and polished after this repair is made. Happy to hear quotes on here or in person.
