60 Sqm hybrid floorboard installation

I have 3 wooden floor boards that have large cracks. They will need to be taken out/ put in supports/ replace with new floor boards which you will supply.

I need a cement board, for use as a hearth, fixed to the currently carpeted floor. Will need to cut carpet around it and make it look neat. The floor underneath is a bit uneven with both concrete from an old hearth and floorboards, so you'll need to figure out how to deal with that, maybe with extra Plywood.

I am seeking quotes from an experienced carpenter to stop floorboards creaking in the second bedroom of my apartment. We have floating bamboo floorboards on top of old, structural floorboards - and one particular patch emits a loud creak, no matter whether a rug is placed on top of it or not. Video of the creaking can be provided. The room is on our second level. We would please like an explanation of what work would be performed.

Need to install skirting board around 30 meters

Supply & Install floor boards in a room, approx room size 3 x 3

We started laying the timber boards and finding it hard cutting around doors and corners etc. Need someone with the gear to finish it off and then install a quad along the edge, caulk gaps around doors and install a c-channel trim termination points such as doors. Will supply all materials. Will need your own tools. Found it hard with a jigsaw and dropsaw. Approx less than 20m2. First photo is the area left to do, second is where we got to and the 3rd shows where the boards need to be pushed back together where they came apart.

The room (~4x3m) has a chipboard cladding over the VJs. I would like the chipboard removed please. It is nailed in and fairly easy to remove by just pulling (no glue that we can see so far) however it pulls through the nails. The skirting boards and some trim will have to be removed as well as well as the nails. Rubbish can be left behind, we're happy to clean it all up.

I need old ripped up carpet, underlay and carpet boards with nails in them removed. They have been ripped up off the floor and are sitting in a pile.

These two tiny skirting boards have rotted looking them replaced. Not a big job at all but better someone with skill

install floating floorboards (we supply) for 25m2

20 sq meters of hardwood flooring to be cut and lifted glued to concrete. I’ve taken a section out that wasn’t too bad to lift just time poor now and need it done next few days

I removed laminate flooring from hardwood floorboards and there is remaining adhesive that needs to be removed with Turpentine. My husband has complete the first clean with turpentine and removed most of the thick adhesive, however it needs another clean to remove the final tackiness on the floor. Kitchen area is 12m2 (4m x 3m) - turpentine and rags provided. You will need to bring your own face mask, gloves and knee pads. The first 3 pictures (where laminate flooring pieces are scattered on floor) show the flooring BEFORE the first clean. The last 2 pictures show the flooring currently so you can see the difference and just final clean needed. Rest of the house is ok, only kitchen area. Expected time to complete 3-4hrs.

Just need someone to hold up eave boards whilst I tack them on. 7 hours work
