Find a local floorboard profesional in SA

I’m currently looking for a painter to sand back hardwood floors and paint them white. They would need some filler in gaps / between slats but are in reasonable condition. The space is ready to paint immediately and is in the outskirts of the city. The room is 20sqm on the second floor (1 flight of stairs). I’ll attach some photos below. Kindest, Georgia Smedley

Small studio 3 x 5 metres. Install laminate floor boards. I will remove all furniture prior and clean concrete floor.

I have some worn vinyl floorboards at the entrance to my backyard. The job would entail removing the transition strip, remove 4-5 floorboards and cut and install new boards and reseat transition strip. I have the the replacement floorboards already.
