Food place flooring needs repair, would be 3 ft width and 6 ft length

The timber flooring is swollen and needs repair and / or replacement. Would like a licensed Carpentar who’s good at flooring work for the job.

I have a burn mark on my wooden/laminate flooring (see attached photo). I’m looking for someone experienced in floor repair/restoration who can remove or minimise the burn mark and restore the area so it blends in with the surrounding floor. Please bring the appropriate tools and materials. I’m looking for a professional-looking repair without replacing the entire floor if possible. Please let me know your experience with similar burn/damage repairs.
