Find an experienced floor repair pro in Brisbane

I've spilled some blue PVC cement onto vinyl plank flooring. I managed to remove most of it while it was still fresh, however there is still some light blue staining left across a few of the planks. I’m renting so I’m looking for someone experienced with vinyl flooring who can assess whether the staining can be cosmetically repaired/colour matched or whether the affected planks would need to be replaced. I’ve attached photos showing the affected area. I’m happy to provide more photos or measurements if needed. Ideally I’d like to repair the existing flooring rather than replace it if that is realistically possible. Please only make an offer if you have experience repairing vinyl plank/LVT flooring. If possible, please let me know whether you have dealt with staining or cosmetic colour repairs before, and whether you think this is likely to be repairable or would require plank replacement.

I have a pool deck that needs fixing and also extend around the sides. It can be built and extended on side by way of using the support of the existing pool fence posts to support the deck on the sides. The section that is opened I still have the deck Timbers that can be re used as it was the frame that is damaged I would also like some French doors replaced with a sliding door

repair the beams of a timber deck

I’m looking for help with a deck repair. I’ve removed some boards and found rot in the corner section of the frame. One joist needs full replacement, and the rim/boundary joist in that corner likely needs a section replaced too. The joist sits in a metal hanger. The main bearer looks solid. I can remove more boards for access if needed. I’ll supply the decking boards, but I’m happy for you to supply the structural timber and hanger if required. Looking for a quote to: – remove remaining boards for access – replace the rotted joist – repair/replace the affected rim joist section – install new hanger if needed – reinstall decking boards in that corner
