Repair flooring installation. Floors installed 3 years ago with SPC “Coastal Limed Oak” and now the stairs are cracking.

Previous housemates left gouges in polyurethane coated floorboards. Floor boards also show signs of scuffs and scratches from every day use and dogs. Main concern is the gouges second concern is overall buff or polish. *Do not have permission to sand anything back (nor the funds) just want to take the attention off so when property manager inspect, they don’t pick up on it I would be open to sanding the affected floorboards for the deep gouges. But cannot do a full sand and polish of all floorboards. I believe we have the original vanish, but this would be quite old by now so not sure if the sheen or colour will match any more I have tried wax sticks, scratch polish, walnut. My next attempt was going to be to hire a floor polisher however KENNARDS hire company did not recommend their floor polisher for our job. They expressed that the provided pads will not suffice. Every specialist I speak to says that they will not just sand one area due to the potential of mismatch I am open to advice, and happy to assist

A large fridge was moved over the laminate floor and left some deep scratches. This needs to get patched up for the real estate. Looking for quotes at the moment. Thank you.

We have a beautiful ground floor rear deck that was built with the Hardideck, cement sheet decking system. An area of the deck has weathered and some boards have been damaged. They basically have holes in them. We need to replace the boards and probably redo one area of the deck. The frame is excellent so it is perfect for someone that understands how easy it is to install the hardideck product. You will also need to prime and paint the area. We have all the product so we are looking at labour. Attached are some photos. We are looking for someone that takes pride in their work. The replacement area for total board replacement is approximate 3.5 m x 4 metres. Then just some care to the other area.

Scratches on vinyl flooring repaired

Description: We had a slow water leak under our dishwasher which caused the spotted gum solid timber floorboards underneath to swell and buckle. I’ve already removed two short sections (~59cm long each) that were badly buckled (I have photos of before removal + the removed boards). The underside of the removed boards shows construction adhesive, so this looks like a glued-down floorboard patch repair (careful cutting/fitting to keep everything flush). It’s possible 1–2 adjacent boards will also need replacing once the dishwasher is pulled out and the area is inspected. What I need done: Pull dishwasher out for access (it’s plug-in power, not hardwired) Disconnect/reconnect standard water inlet + drain hose as required Inspect and confirm which boards need replacement (expect 2–4 short sections) Cut, fit and secure replacement spotted gum sections to match existing (flush and stable) No sanding, staining or coating required Reinstall dishwasher ( with driptray if I can source one ) and check it sits correctly and runs without leaks. Materials: I have suitable spotted gum timber lengths for replacement pieces. Please bring tools + consumables (adhesive, fixings, blades, etc.). If you’d rather I buy adhesive/fixings, tell me exactly what to purchase. Notes: Please quote with the assumption it may be 2 boards, but allow for 3–4 if needed. Floor Boards Lifted,need to be replaced/or refit

Two planks of my hybrid flooring has lifted as the installer didn’t leave enough gap. I have extra flooring to fix it

We have a bamboo flooring system that has popped (red area) with the humidity. We believe it is installed too tightly and needs to have the final edge trimmed (blue line in pic) Is this possible? Remove skirting trim edge and push flooring back down.

Rust stains on vinyl flooring in a caravan need a touch up

Water linkage from refrigerator has caused the vinyl plank floor to lift in places.
