I had hybrid wooden floor laid in my flat (30 sqm) but there is now a gap in the lobby area because the floor moved and it is not even anymore. It would require to remove a section (10 sqm approx), level the floor to a flat level with concrete and pose a new hybrid wooden floor. My original handy man quote $2,500.

I need a cement board, for use as a hearth, fixed to the currently carpeted floor. Will need to cut carpet around it and make it look neat. The floor underneath is a bit uneven with both concrete from an old hearth and floorboards, so you'll need to figure out how to deal with that, maybe with extra Plywood.

Needing a carpet repair. I have the carpet. Ideally you will have adhesive otherwise I will have to get a whole tube that will never get used, lol. If you have a scrap of underlay, that would be fantastic! I know it's a tiny job, but if you have a spare 20 mins, it may be worth your while. I am not sure what a job like this costs.

Loose laid vinyl in hallway has been damaged by water leak and has ripples n shrunk slightly. I do have a lot of spare vinyl to replace it if necessary.

There are scratches from furniture being moved on polished floor boards

We've had a wall removed for a kitchen renovation. We need the floor installed over where the wall was taken out. In the photos you can see the wall studs which are coming out tomorrow. We have the flooring (although it's slightly different size). Must be experienced with flooring.

I am seeking quotes from an experienced carpenter to stop floorboards creaking in the second bedroom of my apartment. We have floating bamboo floorboards on top of old, structural floorboards - and one particular patch emits a loud creak, no matter whether a rug is placed on top of it or not. Hi! In my home we had installed laminate flooring but unfortunately have not left enough expansion room and it has now buckled. The job will be to remove the glued skirting from one edge of the living room to flatten out the floor and then re-cut pieces to assemble back in. Supplies incl. skirting and flooring panels that match the current ones will be provided. Job should be pretty straight forward using an oscillating saw. Have priced at $300 but happy to negotiate

vinyl flooring repair in Bondi. We have the flooring to repair it. Due to an aircon leak part of the flooring has been damaged and needs to be replaced. It’s bubbled in some areas

We have a hardwood floor which is nailed to an underfloor system made up of f5 pine 70×35 studs, fixed to concrete slab. We have around 5 points on the floor where the boards are squeaking and we need them repaired so the squeak is gone. We will only hire someone who has experience with this specific work before.

I've dropped the angle grinder on the carpeted floor, creating a 20 cm cut.

One side skirting needs to be taken out as part is missing and needs to be replaced. Next to it you can see some of the timber floor missing. Those first 5 planks about 1 meter need some solid wood under it to hold it up. Plus some. 3 planks about 1 meter in length need to be replaced. I don't have the materials. Could get if needed.

I have had some rennovation work done, which required removal of hybrid floor boards from certain spots in my living room and kitchen. Need help fixing them up again.
