Need to have some floating floor boards that are damaged replaced. I have replacement boards for the job.

I need an experienced flooring installer/handyman to repair several damaged areas of hybrid laminate flooring in my vacant investment property on the Gold Coast. The work includes: Repair or replace several damaged flooring planks. Re-secure any loose boards. Remove exposed screws and restore the floor correctly. Repair chipped plank edges where possible. Close gaps around door jambs and skirting boards. Ensure the repaired areas are level and safe. Please bring your own tools. If replacement planks are not enough, please let me know whether you can source matching flooring from Bunnings.

A small repair of vinyl floor needs replacement. Extra vinyl will be provided. Experienced vinyl floor pasting person required.

Needing some boards replaced where some were damaged from water ingress. Also needing some added to an area where I took a cupboard out (under washing machine in photos). I accidentally left a few small white scuff/chip marks on a client’s polished timber staircase during a furniture move. I’m looking for an experienced French polisher or timber repair specialist who can colour-match and repair the marks so they blend in with the existing finish. Deck is 6.75m wide and 5.15m long I have leftover boards if any need replacing, and I believe I have deck cleaner and stain that I can provide.

We are replacing the flooring in our extension room, and after taking up the carpet it is clear we need to replace a sheet of the plywood subfloor before we can lay down the new flooring. We would like an experienced Carpenter to make this structural repair.

A timber/composite cover panel that runs along the edge of the pool decking has come off. As a result, the underlying decking edge is exposed and has sharp sections, creating a safety hazard. TASK- Replace the missing cover panel, or * Install a temporary timber panel/solution to fully cover the exposed edge and remove any sharp hazard. Priority is to make the area safe immediately (as have guests staying), with a more permanent fix if needed after. Happy for a practical on-site solution — doesn’t need to be perfect today, just safe and secure.

Need a floor board specialist to sand back acid stain damage from oven cleaner in the kitchen. Will need to match to the existing floorboards as close as possible and varnish. Has to be done by Friday 10th April.
