Scope of work: -Remove selected top decking planks as required to gain safe access underneath the deck. -Inspect the existing wooden support posts and joists for rot, deterioration or structural damage. -Identify all affected timber and advise on any additional structural repairs required. -Replace rotten or compromised posts and joists with suitable hardwood timber to provide structural strength, stability and long-term durability. -Reinstall the removed decking planks securely once structural repairs are completed. -Pressure wash the entire deck to remove mould, dirt and surface build-up. Prepare the deck surface appropriately for painting. -Apply two full top coats of suitable exterior decking paint to the approximately 28 m² deck area. Wanting 2 or 3 short timber boards replaced on our deck. 2 x boards on our deck have rotted and starting to rot. Other boards are in good condition, so looking to just replace these two boards, they are short. Will need equipment and if possible source the boards. Solid hard wood floor repair needed - minor work. Solid timber flooring which is tongue and groove has been glued to floor in one section of house. It has lifted as per photograph with 3-4 boards on each section lifted (as per photograph) do to minor (in volume) swelling due to rain damage. The repair is likely to involve careful cutting of the tongue in the affected area, applying at least some glue and then pushing the boards together. The warped section is about 3 metres long so the cut in the tongue will need to be that long at most
