Task Description Water damage to timber floor underneath a plant pot that appears to have overflowed/leaked. The affected area is quite dark and the wood is slightly raised in a few spots. Looking for someone experienced with timber flooring to assess the damage and repair it as neatly as possible.

A part of a floorboard came off. Need the gap to be closed / filled so that it’s not as noticeable.

The 3-4 floorboards (hard wood) by the back door have worn away the coating and require sanding/repair and re-sealing and filling between.
