We had to remove a tree that had grown too big for it's original gap through the deck. Now it's been removed, we need to patch the hole.

Need small section of floor boards (hard laminate) replaced in kitchen as the new one has cracked. There is an issue with the old floor boards underneath that needs rectifying first. I have new replacement boards available.

Floating flooring (Hybrid) laid on top of bamboo flooring has lifted cracking two boards. We have spare boards to replace them, but want to ensure the flooring underneath does not lift again (or if there is any other issues under the boards).

I have a snap in floating floor where a few boards are damaged and need to be replaced. The scope includes removing approx 10m2 of plank flooring to then access and remove the damaged boards and replace with new floor boards which we have already. Recently had hybrid SPC flooring laid, and found out that the carpenter did a shoddy job in levelling - they placed ardit over the existing floor, before laying underlay and boards. Need a quote to remove this, lay proper levelling compound, then underlay and boards. See attached works description. I know it's not easy to quote from the below, but an approximate range TBC once inpsected on site would be great, thanks.
