We will apply the finish ourselves, so are just looking for someone to do the sanding. The space is the front two rooms and the hallway on the attached floorplan. I have just ripped up the carpet, underlay and side wood pieces with nails. I have removed as many staples as I can and having issues getting the rest out! If you’re able to help sand the wooden floors too this would be amazing!
