As shown in the photos, existing finish has deteriorated and worn in several areas while some protected sections still retain the darker finish. We would like the deck to be properly prepared, sanded as required and refinished.

I’m looking for someone experienced to sand and oil my timber deck and replace/re-do screws on approximately half of the deck. Deck size: 7m x 4.4m (approx. 30.8m²) Work required: * Sand the entire deck (7m x 4.4m) * Prepare the timber properly for oiling, including removing/levelling any rough or weathered areas * Supply and apply a suitable quality decking oil (please specify the product you intend to use in your quote) * Re-screw approximately half of the deck — area is 3.7m x 4.4m (approx. 16.3m²) * Replace any damaged/stripped screws and ensure boards are securely fixed * Clean up and remove all sanding/decking waste on completion Please quote for labour + materials, including screws and decking oil. Sand back over benchtop shelves and bull head (all timber shown in photos) two more coats of stain and then 1 coat of clear coat. All stain and clear coat supplied. Small bull head on its own requires first coat then light sand then two more coats of stable before clear coat. Electric lift available to use if preferred over ladder

Remove existing stair carpet and underlay. Carefully remove all staples, carpet gripper and adhesive. Sand exposed original timber stair treads/winders back to clean timber. Repair minor holes/damage where required. Sand and refinish all timber treads and nosings with 2–3 coats of durable, non-yellowing stair-grade polyurethane. Keep existing white risers, stringers and trim untouched. Protect surrounding walls and floors. Dust-controlled sanding preferred. Remove all carpet/rubbish

I’m looking for someone experienced with timber flooring to sand and recoat a small section of my timber floor in Oakleigh East. The area has previously been touched up and the colour/finish is slightly different from the surrounding floor. I would like the area to be: * Lightly/locally sanded with an sander * Blended into the surrounding timber as naturally as possible * Finished with a suitable clear floor coating to match the existing floor as closely as possible This is only a small section, not a full-room floor sanding job.
