There are scratches and damage to the timber floor of a single story house on stumps. Please refer to the pics attached. The work requires sanding followed by polishing. Can you provide a repair quote including all the required materials. The patches are scattered over an area of area of approx 1 m wide x 3 meters long. The complete floor area is 15 approx square meters( 5 meters long x 3 meters wide). We need the complete floor area of 15 square meters sanded and polished. Could you please provide me the quote and advice if we can achieve the same colour and as well as the duration of the complete job. We would ideally like this completed over the next weekend.

Fix squeaky floorboards — access from under house - Single-storey floorboard on stumps. Scope includes: 1. 5x spots around the house (see photos, blue tape spots) 2. Approx. 260x140 area around cabinets 3. 2x fix for metal wood stump clinking (simple silicone fix or something similar) The problem - It's not nail squeak. The noise is boards rubbing against each other side-to-side, so surface fixes like re-nailing or screwing from above won't solve it. Suggestion: Working from underneath: gluing and screwing sub-floor timbers to the underside of the floorboards. We've had another carpenter who started the work and didn't finish the job, but this was the method to remove squeaks from other parts of the house. Access - Underfloor access via a hatch. Clearance runs from about 1.5m down to 0m across a slanted subfloor. Some sections are a tight crawl, but previous assessments confirm the affected areas are reachable. I have a house with solid timber floorboards in ground floor . There is a small, localised spot where one edge of a floorboard moves down when stepped on and springs back up when the weight is removed. Looking for someone experienced to restore our backyard timber deck, which is around 10–15 years old. It has become faded and weathered after recent renovations. Please inspect it for any loose, damaged or rotten boards, clean and sand it as needed, and recoat it with the most suitable product. We’d prefer a natural look, ideally a tinted decking oil, but are open to a stain if that will give a better and more even finish.
