The deck timber is broken underneath, need to fix it properly. Three timbers are going down when I put my foot as in pic.

Floor boards in the corner of a room seem to have sunk a bit. There is some damage to the wall due to water seepage or moisture. We need assessment and repairs done by a certified building professional. The painting of the affected wall will be done separately so is not included in this work. I have posted photos of the floor in one room where there is most visible effect of damage of the flow. The neighbouring room also has slight damage of the floor board but that is only visible if one presses on the board.

The upper floor of the house has carpet that needs to be removed to repair the underlying floorboards (not included in this task). Also, lower bedroom has carpet where we need this activity.
