Second floor weather repair and repaint

The laundry floor is soft and sinks when weight is applied, along the wall near the skirting. I suspect water damage to the subfloor from a past leak. There is staining at the base of the skirting and some deterioration of the timber trims.

Deck boards are showing signs of wear and some(all?) need replacing. Deck is approximately 9m x 4.5m. $1000 is a finger in the air. All reasonable quotes considered.

Hi there, I’m looking for an experienced carpenter to repair a section of my deck near the stairs. The Issue: The deck is currently sagging quite noticeably. Looking underneath, the timber at one of the cross joints has heavily rotted out, and the metal bracket connecting the joists is no longer holding securely. I'm looking for a professional to replace the rotted joist and jack the deck up so it's no longer sagging, ensuring it's structurally sound long-term. Additional Info: Access: It is accessible from underneath but quite tight. You'd have to be on your side. It's an unpaved gravel surface, but there is an access door at the side with enough clearance to get under there and work. Materials: Please let me know in your quote if your price includes supplying the replacement timber/hardware/stumps, or if you prefer I supply the materials prior to the job. Bamboo floors bludging occurred, need repairs

Need floorboard repaired for end of lease. It's nothing major, just need some fixing for the scratches the landlord pointed out in the final inspection. These were under the bed so weren't visible prior to removing the bed. I'll attach photos for reference

I have two small jobs - a broken floorboard that needs replacing, and also some roof tile mortar that needs repair

Work to be done (please quote separately for work 1 and work 2 and advise if your quote is labour only or include labour + material): 1. Remove x1 damaged section of handrail and replace with new. 2. Pressure wash and prepare decking boards, handrails, posts and steps of the decking area. Apply x2 coats decking stain (supplied) to the decking boards, posts, steps, and handrail. Clean up and dispose of all waste.

Timber floor repair required at 3 places in the house with each less than 0.5 m2. At one location, the carpet can be pulled off and repaired whereas requires reinforcement at two other locations.
