new built house need to install engineered floor board on concrete subfloor. need to glue the floor board. size 190cm x 19cm total 250sqm. can you give me price per sqm? my budget is 20 per sqm and I buy glue.

33 metres of skirting to be installed on the floor-boarded floor. Currently no skirting. Skirting can be provided.

Floating floorboard installation

I have a huge pile of old floor boards on my driveway that need to be cut up for firewood. I have a drop saw to do it with. There is a couple of days work in it if you're interested. I'd pay $20 an hour. We are in Belgrave.

Need assistance replacing a a patch of floor boards in our washroom. Only four boards need to be replaced, with few minor adjustments in other areas. We have spare boards too. It should be an 30-60 mins job for an experience trade. Please see photos for more details. Highlighted section in yellow needs to be replaced.

Just need a small area lifted to check for moisture then put back together. May need skirting taken off but think the quadding/scotia can come off on the other side.

Seeking Quote: I need an experienced laminate floorboard installer for Laminate floorboard installation throughout the house except meals area as per the attached floor plan roughly 80-100sqm on 15th June 2024. I just need someone with experience and all the tools needed for the job to do the following: 1. Remove carpet in the bedrooms and study. 2. Prepare or level the existing timber flooring if needed 3. Install underlay and lay the laminate floorboards and scotia that I will supply. 4. Meals area and kitchen has tiles which is excluded in this job. I can dispose the laminate offcuts and the carpet myself. Bin not required. I'm open for feedback if my estimates of 80-100 sqm is insufficient quantity or too much based on the floor plan. Replace some existing floating floor boards which are damaged/discoloured

We have a section of kitchen floor where the floorboards are bulging up. The floorboards are engineered board on a thin foam underlay on yellow tongue particle board. We have lots of spare boards if they need to be replaced. There are kitchen cabinets on the surrounding floorboards which may make removing the ones around it more difficult. Any questions please let me know

Sand floorboards 3.5 x 3.5 meter room. There is no existing seal on the floorboards it’s just to remove the top layer that’s dirty.

Pull up carpet and carpet tack board and pull up tiles from living room, kitchen, hall, bathroom, stairs and laundry (total area approx 65 m2). Remove all coverings from property and dispose. Sweep up all debris and vacuum (BYO) up all dust and debris to leave clean ready for sanding

I need my skirting boards taken off, current floor levelled out, new floor laid and then skirting boards put back on- 90m2 in total
