I need to get the sanding and polishing of the floor boards on 3 bedroom’s. Please see the dimensions of the rooms in the attached pic.

Parquetry floor needs sanding and polishing. Lounge/dining/kitchen and hallway, about 50m2 in total. Some water damaged areas need repairing (pieces lifted and replaced), probably 2 square metres or so. Will need to source timber to match what is in place, which might be a mix of turpentine, blackbutt and spotted gum or similar. Finish needs to be 2 coats of hard wax (Osmo or similar). House will be vacant for about 2 weeks from March 12th, this is the window of opportunity.
