we were moving our sofa and it scratched our floor. Now, we want to get it fixed.

We are looking for an experienced tradie to wash/brush sand and repair our deck (in very good condition) and oil with three coats. I will supply the oil and deck wash although you will need to supply the brushes and tools. It’s a total of 40square meters and we want this completed ASAP. All furniture will be removed and will be ready to be washed, repaired and oiled. Only people with oiling deck experience

Looking for a suitably qualified handyman who has experience with removing mosaic Parquetry flooring in a small area (87cm X 38.5cm). Then Clean surface and put something new down that doesn't look too out of place).The Charcoal kitchen tiles are 30cm X 60cm. Either to match closely the kitchen tiles or wood floor. Needn't be exact. These appear to be rectangular, matte-finish tiles, perhaps called "porcelain floor tiles" with a concrete or stone-like pattern. We don't want to have to do the whole room if we can just fix this section. Additionally we need to remove one cabinet end panel piece as seen in the photograph as it has some water swelling at the bottom + also one of the horizontal cabinetry kickboards that also is photographed and shows some swelling. Dimensions are as follows: 1 X Cabinet End Panel (approx 860mm X 570mm) 1 X Cabinet Kick Board Panel (approx 820mm X 150mm) Replace these with best colour matched new pieces. Will there be described as either a dark grey or a chocolate colour currently. Our apartment is in Murrumbeena. There is no tenant in there presently. Small back wood deck needs to be resealed and some areas possibly repaired. The deck is around 4.3m x 4.95m. As per the photo below you can see one or two of the boards have started to turn up.
