Sand and polish one room, just under 11m2. Small area of newly laid boards.

There is a small section of timber floor near the entrance that has slightly sunk/sagged. There is approximately 1.2m of crawl space underneath the floor. I need someone to access underneath and add suitable support/packing to raise and stabilise this section. Prefer to repair it from underneath without removing or damaging the existing timber floorboards.
