Hi, I’m looking for someone to replace the decking boards on my front deck. The current decking boards are old and in poor condition. There are a few damaged/soft spots, but from previous inspection the timber frame looks mostly okay. Some minor repairs to the joists/bearers may be needed. Scope of work: - Remove the old decking boards on the top/front deck area - Check the timber frame, joists and bearers - Do minor repairs if needed - Supply and install new decking boards - Prefer cost-effective materials such as Merbau etc - Apply joist/weather protection if required - Remove waste or advise if waste removal is extra - Leave the area clean and tidy I have attached photos of the deck. My budget is around $2,200, so I’m looking for a practical and cost-effective option rather than composite decking. Please provide your quote including labour, materials, waste removal and GST if applicable. I’m looking for a fixed total price for the whole job, not a daily rate. Please include the full cost to complete the job from start to finish, so there are no extra labour charges if the job takes longer than expected. If there may be any possible extra costs, please clearly list them in the quote before starting. Thank you.

2 damaged floor boards need replacing. Hardwood floors

The floor boards are bowing in this area due to potential slab movement. It is just a few planks not the whole area. We need someone to take them off, cut them and put them back on. They are not glued down just interlocked and on top of tiles. Thanks

10 to 12 SERFLOOR Hybrid/SFC 109/1800x228x7 mm boards require replacement. I have opened 3 boards but was unable to place the new ones correctly. Can't seem to solve the puzzle. lip side are to be cut for perfect fit and i couldnt get it done. I have the replacement boards. I need someone to do a pro job in replacement. The older board got bend due to uneven concrete level ad seen in the photo. I didn't want to use leveling concrete to keep the area tidy so got a box of packers. The solution seems to work but im ok to follow advise of the pro to resolve the issue related to uneven concrete. The budget is kept at $100 to get counter offers
