Hello! We have around 70cm worth of scratches in length on our flooboards. The cause was the leg of our sofa, where the felt pad attached to the leg came off and exposed the nail to the wooden flooring. The longer scratches are more superficial, but some of the shorter ones more deeper. We require someone who can help with repairing these, if there are multiple options, do advise please. Located in Cheltenham, ideally, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday work best at 12.30PM, happy to move around times where I can. Thanks!

2 damaged floor boards need replacing. Hardwood floors

The floor boards are bowing in this area due to potential slab movement. It is just a few planks not the whole area. We need someone to take them off, cut them and put them back on. They are not glued down just interlocked and on top of tiles. Thanks

Rotten fascias approximately 1200x5000 need to be removed and replaced with new boards.

I have purchased some floorboards from a house that is being demolished. They need to be removed from the house and brought to Elwood. Floorboards will be 2.1m long and there will be approximately 20 - 25 of them. I can come and meet you to help, I just don’t have anything to cut them out with!

Two skirting boards need to be installed (glued onto wall)

Sticky floor tiles to be taken off the floor boards and floor boards need to be cleaned and sticky residue removed.

Install approx. 9m2 of floating floorboard. Finish with c-channel under 3 doors and use quad to finish along skirting. C-channel, quads and boards are provided, only install required. Board cutting skills required for door frames etc. These floorboards are discontinued so minimal wastage is a must. Need tools to complete, eg appropriate saw for cutting board and c channel, small nail gun for quads, appropriate tools to knock in the boards.

Polishing wooden floor boards

We need nosing to be cut off on stairs since we will be installing new floors. There are 32 stairs. This is particle board. Carpet will be removed prior to the job - Due date: Flexible

The task would ideally need to be done in the next few days or next week. I have put it as $5 because I’m not sure exactly how long it will take so prefer you to quote. I would like a quote for installing underlay (quiet floating and sound dampening moisture), or thick engineered oak wide floorboards (190mm wide) and trims on top of existing tiles in my hallway (photos attached). There are different colours of oak so it would need to be matched up to the one we have in the living room. It would be installed on top of the existing tiles. I have not purchased the underlay, floorboards or trim yet. Could you please give me a quote that would include coming to match the exact colour and size to the ones in my living room, meeting me at a store to pick up the materials (preferably in the SouthEast suburbs near Cheltenham/Moorabbin areas) and labour for installation. I could also meet you at the store to pay for the materials after that, but you would need a ute/truck/van if my car is not big enough for everything.

My bamboo floating flooring has lifted/buckled in the middle of the room. Buckling began on the window side 3-4 months ago and now spans the entire area (red line drawn in photos). There is no damage to the floorboards that I can see and no water damage. Looking for someone to carry out repairs so the floorboards lay flat again. If skirting boards need to be removed, please remove them with minimal damage and re-fix them afterwards.
