To build a deck from the doorway in the eating area out onto the back garden. Area is currently tiled with a mix of slabs and concrete. It is under cover. I have videos of both decks which explains it more clearly, can send this if needed (airbnb doesn’t allow videos). Two deck repairs: First one is to make some small repairs to the timber supports under this small deck in the front of house. A few of the decking boards have sunk and I believe the timber supports underneath needs to be adjusted. The photo with the arrows shows the area needing fixing. Boards are ecoboards and snap-loc clips are used. I have new decking board and snap-loc clips that can be used. Second one is to add some additional framework to the back deck to fill in where there were plant pots previously. Again I have the deck boards and clips ready to go. Videos explain it better, I can send these.

Hello! We want to install a deck out the back of our place. We bought timber (see pic of decking we dismantled). My husband was going to build himself but we have 3 small kids and I just don’t know when he’ll find the time. I’ve attached pic of rough dimensions too!

Back deck needs clean, oil, stain etc (possible sanding) Overall areas roughly 6.5 x 4m (see photo of dimensions).

I have one verandah 11m x 1m and one deck 7m x 1.5m approx that need sanding so they can be coated with varnish. The verandah just needs an orbital maintainence sand, it’s in good condition. Maybe a bit of hand sanding around the edges. The deck needs a stronger effort but is less visible as it’s at the back of the house.

Granny flat in mentone requires some maintenance. 1. Light sand and seal front and rear deck with slip resistant stain 2. Fill cracks and holes in pergola and paint in monument. You supply all materials and paint. I will have all the plants trimmed back from the deck prior to commencement.

There are about four or five timber boards on my outdoor deck which have become loose and do not stick in place the wood below them has rot. The boards themselves are all fine, just the timber underneath on a couple is damaged. Not sure on what the best way to repair them is, so looking for some guidance on that. If you find there are other boards that also need repairing (I haven't inspected the entire deck) then I will pay you more on the day. - Due date: Flexible
