I need an experienced timber-finishing Tasker to prepare and re-oil a section of vertically grooved timber cladding on an external corner. Scope: • Sand the timber evenly, including the vertical grooves/recesses, without damaging the profile • Remove sanding dust and leave the surface clean and dry • Apply my supplied exterior timber/cladding oil evenly, following the product instructions, including wiping off excess and avoiding runs/drips. Minimum 2 coats. • Protect adjacent walls, windows and paving with drop sheets; clean up afterwards. I do have a sander and some sanding paper, but please bring any specialist equipment and extra consumables needed—particularly suitable sanding attachments/paper for the grooves, dust extraction, brushes/applicators, and drop sheets. Install 3 pieces of cladding to a wall that has battens already installed. The cladding needs to be cut to size and for there to be no gaps from the cladding to the roof. Also needs an arch cut out in the middle out of the offcuts of cladding that are already being installed. The picture provided is just a mockup of what we are trying to achieve with the cladding. The pieces of cladding are on site and there is an alleyway for cutting/ parking.

Hi Looking for an expert installer in James Hardie matrix cladding We have an external wall on a second storey where the cladding seems to be allowing water inside. Looking for an experienced installer to replace all the bottom pieces and upgrade the flashing underneath to ensure no rain water can get in. Job is on second storey. Has easy access but will need some scaffolding. Will need the panels to be pre painted before being installed also to make it easier on painting. Straight forward job for someone who has the right experience. There are about a dozen pieces needed for replacement (not all are pictured). Just the bottom pieces only. Thanks.
