Looking for someone experienced in timber floor maintenance to refresh the engineered timber flooring in my apartment (lounge room and kitchen area, vacant currently). The floor is approximately 10 years old, has some light fading, but is structurally in good condition. It does NOT need heavy sanding.I need a good "clean and coat/ buffer” for refresher look.

Timber floor (about 40m2) needs sanding and resurfacing.

Need my merbau deck sanded back to prepare for re-oiling. This includes sanding out pet stains. Deck is approximately 10m x 3.5m. Timber is in good condition just lots of pet stains.

Remove existing stair carpet and underlay. Carefully remove all staples, carpet gripper and adhesive. Sand exposed original timber stair treads/winders back to clean timber. Repair minor holes/damage where required. Sand and refinish all timber treads and nosings with 2–3 coats of durable, non-yellowing stair-grade polyurethane. Keep existing white risers, stringers and trim untouched. Protect surrounding walls and floors. Dust-controlled sanding preferred. Remove all carpet/rubbish

Hi, looking for an experienced deck sander to come in and sand and prep and apply 2 coats of Feast & Watson Matt Merbau deck oil (supplied). 40m2 deck total plus 1.5m2 step. Tried an orbital sander by hand and gave up after one board, tried deck clean and pressure wash but wasn’t lifting stain off well. Need a full sand

It’s a tiny house (70 m2) … small kitchen & lounge, 3 bedrooms & hallway, that’s all. Will attach pics. Needs done asap. I am a painter so I can do the two coats of clear on top, so this part is not required. Your best daily rate please!!

I have a timber fence that has been pressure washer cleaned in preparation for oiling/ staining. I need the fence sanded lightly to remove some of the furry timber that is a result of the pressure washing. I have sanding equipment on-site to use if required.
