Replaced 5 floorboards but they need sanding to remove varnish and level with rest of the floor. Baltic pine. Area is 1m x 75cm. Two boards have varnish but are fairly flush, three no varnish but are 2-3mm higher. Boards are against our 2pc kitchen at one end so need someone really careful particularly there. Happy to fill and varnish myself, but sanding causes me arm issues. Need done in next week, but ideally asap.

The section of the floorboards (in the image) is scratched. I've put some wax over it, but it needs further attention. I want it repaired so it looks like the rest of the floor. I need this done in the next 24 hours.

Floor boards damaged due to leak through wall. Need replaced. Boards are 90cm in width Had a chemical spill many years ago before we moved in and insurance made it a hassle to fix. If you could replace the whole lot of damaged boards would be great. Please include in your price a rough cost for the wooden boards. Thanks in advance.

Hello, I need the room carpet changed to floor board and there are 15 step stairs carpet changed to new as they stink and make the house stink. As well as new skirting in the house but that can be done separately or latter. Mainly after the carpet for now. Really short on money as tenants didn’t pay rent for 6 months had to go through VCAT and they left everything in the house with cat little and sh*t all over the place. Need help fixing the flooring near the fridge area, to get the flooring done properly so that it’s covering the full fridge area. Remove existing if necessary and relay so the flooring will flow properly and not like It’s patched up. Spare boards available for use.

Hi there, I am moving out of my apartment in St Kilda and need a small chip repaired on a floorboard so it passes my final rental inspection. The Problem: It’s a single deep gouge about the size of a fingernail (see attached photos). The dark core of the plank is exposed. The Goal: Fill and color-match the chip so it blends in seamlessly with the surrounding wood grain and matte finish. What you need to bring: You will need to supply your own color-matched repair materials (hard wax kit, laminate repair filler, or professional epoxy) to match the light oak/tan tone of the floorboards.
