Find an experienced floor repair pro in VIC

I need a cement board, for use as a hearth, fixed to the currently carpeted floor. Will need to cut carpet around it and make it look neat. The floor underneath is a bit uneven with both concrete from an old hearth and floorboards, so you'll need to figure out how to deal with that, maybe with extra Plywood.

Concrete flooring the sealant has been chipped on many places. Needs to be polished and resealed again

Repair damaged vinyl tiles. The warehouse has extra floors, which just need to be installed.（Just need to change two ） Experience in this area is needed.

The floor timber got some gaps/cracks between Timbers in few spots,particularly on fridge location that need to be fixed. The furniture is taken away, so the floor is clear to be fixed. Attached is some pics

x3 bedrooms: carpet removed and subfloor worked on then carpet refitted with new underlay. First bedroom subfloor near window slightly falling away, needs propping up. 2nd and 3rd bedrooms: removal of minor creeks in flooring.

Need a quote to fix up some skirting boards in a small hallway and bedroom. Needs to be measured, bought, cut and installed. Not sure if best to replace only that section, or the rooms. Hallway 144cm ish if only the section being replaced Bedroom 2.45cm ish if only the section being replaced.

Freshly polished timber got some scratches and I need to get the scratched fixed and the timber flooring to look same like the rest of the timber flooring around it

We have a hardwood floor which is nailed to an underfloor system made up of f5 pine 70×35 studs, fixed to concrete slab. We have around 5 points on the floor where the boards are squeaking and we need them repaired so the squeak is gone. We will only hire someone who has experience with this specific work before.

I've dropped the angle grinder on the carpeted floor, creating a 20 cm cut.

One side skirting needs to be taken out as part is missing and needs to be replaced. Next to it you can see some of the timber floor missing. Those first 5 planks about 1 meter need some solid wood under it to hold it up. Plus some. 3 planks about 1 meter in length need to be replaced. I don't have the materials. Could get if needed.

I have had some rennovation work done, which required removal of hybrid floor boards from certain spots in my living room and kitchen. Need help fixing them up again. I do have spare boards + the ones removed from these spots, so you can reuse the ones removed and put new where there were none or are broken. - Due date: Before Tuesday, 23 January 2024
