Floor repairs needed to make it look like before

I have a laminate floating floor in my apartment where a few boards near the bathroom door have separated, leaving visible gaps. The paint at the base of the door frame is also chipped and peeling. I’m preparing the apartment for sale and want it to look clean and seamless. Looking for someone to: Tap the separated boards back together and close the gaps Trim the base of the door frame if the floor is pinched, so it doesn’t separate again Fill any remaining small gaps with colour-matched laminate filler If a board needs replacing, swap one from a hidden area (e.g. a wardrobe) so it matches. There are no spare boards The apartment is vacant and access is through my real estate agent, as I’m overseas. Photos attached. Please include photos of similar work.

Our kitchen floor boards (hybrid floor tiles, clip-ins) have a bump under one of them. Need a hand figuring out the problem and finding a solution. Boards are installed under the kitchen cabinets (photos attached).

The strip between the hybrid floorings have come loose. Meaning, the hybrid flooring put on top of the tile flooring and the hybrid flooring put after removing the carpet has a transition strip ans that has come loose. See photos as well please.

Bike tyre rubber had stained floor. Need to be sanded back and then have top coat or polish reapplied.

Tape has pulled up the finish and a thin layer of the wood surface in 3 strips. Please fix this, it doesn’t have to be immaculately perfect, it just needs to blend back in decently.

Hi there, I’ve come across your work on Airtasker and was hoping you might be able to help with a small floorboard repair job. We have three small areas of timber flooring that have been damaged over time, mainly from dog scratches and general wear and tear. I’ve attempted to sand back and restain the affected areas myself, but I’m not happy with the finish and would really like to have them repaired professionally and blended back into the existing floor as well as possible. I’m not looking to have the entire floor sanded or refinished, just these three localised areas.
