Looking for someone to fix a small area of squeaky hardwood floorboards by securing/gluing the boards to the joists from underneath. Access is available via some floorboards that have already been lifted. Clearance underneath is quite limited, so you’ll need to be comfortable working in a tight space. It’s a relatively small area, not the whole house. Adhesive/glue and any other required materials can be supplied. Looking for someone experienced with timber flooring/carpentry who can identify the problem areas and secure the boards properly to eliminate the squeaks.

Dint in timber handrail on inside stairs has a dint, I would like this repaired to appear that there is no dint

Work required: Repair/replace only the damaged area. We already have some spare matching floating boards available to use. Please inspect the damage and advise whether the boards can be repaired or need to be replaced. Ensure the replacement/repair is properly finished and matches the existing flooring as closely as possible.

Two floorboards are damaged and need replaced. The replacement boards don't need to perfectly match (this is coming ahead of a later renovation), but a close stain would be great.

Decking subframe is rotten and needs replaced. I’m looking to get a quote

Wooden plank getting loose and falling off from patio. And tighten other planks.

Approximately 6 location of warped boards need fixing to remove trip hazard.

I have a section of decking which is outside and exposed to rain / sun and has some damage over time and few of them needs replacing and some are bent ( guess the stump underneath is gone / needs replacement) . Don’t want to replace it on the whole , just need help to salvage it without completely redoing it. 340x140 cm dimension overall.
