We are having an outdoor kitchen installed in our alfresco and there is a hole in the floor next to where the gas fitting comes up. Unfortunately, the wheels of the BBQ line up with this hole. The floor is tiled but the sub-floor is wood, and the whole house is on stumps so there is underfloor access (although it is quite tight, about 15-20m crawl space under the house via standard door, see last pic). We need the subfloor frame patched at that location so the BBQ wheel can be stablised. We do not need the tile repaired as the BBQ will cover this.

I think the timber flooring is a few years old, but it looks like there are some scratches around the kitchen from the chair legs. I need someone to fix it.

Rear Deck Needs Repairing and Roof needs replacing. Deck is not totally ground level as it is on the rear of a split level house. Access is still easy though. The Size of the deck roofing area is 4100mm Long x 5050mm Wide. The following needs to be done based on my inspection: 1. Replace the front timber roof beam that runs the width left to right. Size is 200mm x 45mm x 5050mm. Refit gutter that was on the board you are replacing. 2. Replace 2 x timber roof beams that run the length front to back. Size is 200mm x 45mm x 4100mm. 3. Prep roof for sheeting. Replace timber that helps support roof sheeting. Please note current roof has gutter guard that runs from the house gutter on to the current green polycarb roof. This will need to be unscrewed and refit to the new polycarb roof. 4. Sheet the roof with a Polycarb sheeting. Quote to include all required parts and labour as well as removal of old removed parts of decking. I have attached some images.

As shown in the photo, there is a section with different coloured timber that needs to be removed. I will provide the matching timber. I need you to remove the existing mismatched timber and install the new timber properly, ensuring it is level and neatly joined with the existing floorboards. Hi, part of my laminate floor near the edge has been discolored due to my dog’s urine. Looking for someone experienced with laminate floor cleaning and restoration

After a DYI work we have noticed some spots of our flooring bouncing, surely no properly levelled floor.

I need to fix the squeaks (2mtx2mt)in the upstairs floor, but there’s no access from the ground level. The carpet will need to be lifted so the floor can be repaired properly, then reinstalled professionally. Drilling through the carpet is not an acceptable option

Repair timber floor. Tape has removed stain and lacquer on floor where tape has been removed. Understand this is a difficult repair.

A section of my timber flooring lifted and bowed after water exposure. The damaged boards have already been removed. I need someone to: 1. Re-fix the loose timber boards to the concrete slab using a suitable flooring adhesive rated for timber on concrete (for example Selleys Liquid Nails Direct Stick, SikaBond 125 or equivalent). 2. Plane, trim or adjust the existing bowed boards so they sit flat and level and fit perfectly. 3. Install and glue the replacement boards so the pattern aligns with the surrounding flooring. 4. Ensure the repaired section is secure, flush, and ready for sanding at a later stage if required. What I will supply: Existing loose boards that came from the floor. What you need to supply: Adhesive suitable for timber over concrete, tools, spacers, clamps and any small materials needed to achieve a flat repair.
