We have hybrid flooring in at a property but at two places the floor has cracked which seems like the floor underneath the hybrid flooring has deteriorated so I need someone to Just fix those parts of the floor underneath and put the flooring on top as a temporary fix.

I have a laminate floating floor in my apartment where a few boards near the bathroom door have separated, leaving visible gaps. The paint at the base of the door frame is also chipped and peeling. I’m preparing the apartment for sale and want it to look clean and seamless. Hi I had made a previous listing but have realised I didn't provide enough detail. There are 7 boards which will need replacing or have lifted and need to be screwed back into place. I've attached an image of each planks dimensions. If a plank requires replacing please match it as close as you can, but we are not that fussed. I can't include a photo of every plank but it's essentially just a few planks that need screwing in, not looking for someone to come in and say to redo the whole thing.

Hi , I need some 90x19mm Merbau boards replaced at my place in Doreen (around 9- 10 boards total, 2m to 2.7m long). The main broken section needs 5 boards replaced, and there are about 4 to 5 other cracked boards in different spots that need swapping out too. Protective floor pad moved from couch leg and adhesive from this stuck to the ground. When I went to lift couch to move it, it ripped this piece off in one clean chunk. The irony.
