I am seeking a qualified vinyl flooring installer to replace the bathroom floor and repair water-damaged subfloor timbers. The bathroom currently has vinyl flooring with a long-standing crack that has allowed water ingress, causing damage to at least one timber near the waste outlet. The house is on stumps, providing access underneath the floor. Scope of Works * Remove and dispose of existing vinyl flooring and all related waste.
 * Remove and reinstall the shower screen after the new flooring is installed.
 * Leave the vanity in place where possible. Removal is only required if necessary to repair damaged timbers beneath it (unlikely and not to be included in the quote).
 * Inspect and repair/replace damaged subfloor timber(s). Based on my inspection and photos, at least one timber requires repair.
 * Supply and install 5mm exterior-grade underlay plywood.
 * Supply and install commercial/industrial-grade vinyl flooring.
 * Cut and fit vinyl neatly around the existing vanity.
 * Install vinyl cove/skirting to match the current layout.
 * Reinstall the shower screen.
 * Ensure the completed installation is fully watertight.
 Measurements * Total floor area: approximately 3.84m² including vinyl cove/skirting rising approximately 120-130mm up the wall. Total wall length for cove/skirting: approximately 4.9m.
 * Refer to attached photos for dimensions.
 Additional Information Photos are attached showing the damage discovered after I cut away a small section of vinyl near the crack. The area has been temporarily patched to allow continued use of the shower until repairs are completed. This is a rental property. My property in Reservoir 3073, requires supply and installation of floor vinyl on top of floor tiles in the upstairs bathroom and seperate toilet areas. Refer attached photos. Please quote. The bathroom is roughly 3 x 1.5 meters. The toilet area is roughy 2 x 1.5 meters. There are some cracked floor tiles which will need to be dealt with before levelling and installation of the vinyl on top. The perimeter of the vinyl will need to be sealed to prevent water seeping through the joints. I am looking for light coloured floor vinyl to match my natural white interior walls and white wall tiles. Please advise if you will be moving the toilet bowl to place the vinyl underneath it? The house is currently being painted and I’ll look into getting the vinyl installed as soon as the painting finishes in roughly one weeks time.
