Find a local timber flooring profesional in North East Melbourne

We just renovated our kitchen and need a section of missing engineered timber flooring patched. There is no flooring on this section as the island bench design changed and the flooring was installed last year. We have heaps of spare boards. Note: the section that’s missing is bare slab, whereas the adjacent flooring sits on tile flooring (which was there prior to the flooring going in last year) so the new section will need to be built up. The installation of the timber flooring was a direct stick glued installation. Also we would like the existing board that’s cut on an angle to be cut straight before the new board/s are installed. Also the plank of flooring just below the missing piece has a slight notch cut out of it. Perhaps this can be filled or not sure whether this board needs to be cut and redone. Would like to discuss. Looking for someone who is experienced in engineered timber flooring installation to undertake this task.

I have removed the carpets from a 1970’s house and it reveals timber floors of different colour tones underneath. I need a handyman to apply varnish to make the floors a more consistent colour across the rooms. There is 3 rooms, a lounge room, a hallway approx. 80sqm. Refinishing of timber floors (downstairs) in a Reservoir townhouse. Approx 40m2. Refer floorplan I've highlighted in blue the extent. There are some gaps between boards that need to be filled in a few areas. Sand and refinish floors to new condition. Use hardy sealer / polyurethane coat. House has been recently painted and new carpets etc so dust suppression must be used.
