Find an experienced floor repair pro in Preston VIC

We have hybrid flooring in at a property but at two places the floor has cracked which seems like the floor underneath the hybrid flooring has deteriorated so I need someone to Just fix those parts of the floor underneath and put the flooring on top as a temporary fix.

I have a laminate floating floor in my apartment where a few boards near the bathroom door have separated, leaving visible gaps. The paint at the base of the door frame is also chipped and peeling. I’m preparing the apartment for sale and want it to look clean and seamless. Looking for someone to: Tap the separated boards back together and close the gaps Trim the base of the door frame if the floor is pinched, so it doesn’t separate again Fill any remaining small gaps with colour-matched laminate filler If a board needs replacing, swap one from a hidden area (e.g. a wardrobe) so it matches. There are no spare boards The apartment is vacant and access is through my real estate agent, as I’m overseas. Photos attached. Please include photos of similar work.

2 x small repairs for engineered timber flooring - pics attached. Today after 3.30pm

I have damaged the floorboards in my rental in two places due to pot plant drainage issues, see attached photos. I'm looking for a reasonable quote from an experienced tradesperson to fix these. Evidence of similar work in the past would be appreciated. Location: Preston Thanks!

Protective floor pad moved from couch leg and adhesive from this stuck to the ground. When I went to lift couch to move it, it ripped this piece off in one clean chunk. The irony.

We are putting our house up for sale and need some help replacing with some damaged floorboards. And also stopping other floorboards squeaking in the hallway. There are some other odd jobs I'd love some help with. We can discuss if we meet up.

A section of my timber flooring lifted and bowed after water exposure. The damaged boards have already been removed. I need someone to: 1. Re-fix the loose timber boards to the concrete slab using a suitable flooring adhesive rated for timber on concrete (for example Selleys Liquid Nails Direct Stick, SikaBond 125 or equivalent). 2. Plane, trim or adjust the existing bowed boards so they sit flat and level and fit perfectly. 3. Install and glue the replacement boards so the pattern aligns with the surrounding flooring. 4. Ensure the repaired section is secure, flush, and ready for sanding at a later stage if required. What I will supply: Existing loose boards that came from the floor. What you need to supply: Adhesive suitable for timber over concrete, tools, spacers, clamps and any small materials needed to achieve a flat repair.

We've pulled up the carpets on our staircase and have discovered that parts of the floor have rotted due to previous moisture. The damage is along the walls. Carpet installers think it may be due to pets from previous house owner. We need a quote and repair, as we can't put carpets back in until it's fixed.
