Looking for someone experienced with polished concrete floor restoration/repair. The floor currently has: • Lots of small pits/porous spots and surface marks • Uneven/discoloured areas • Scratches and a dull/patchy finish • Some cracks that needs repairing (if possible) and some glue removed in areas from a carpet that was there previously • Areas that appear to have lost their original polished/sealed finish

There was previously a water leak, which has now been completely repaired. However, a dark water stain remains on the indoor concrete floor and does not disappear after drying. I’m looking for someone experienced in concrete restoration/polishing to remove or minimise the stain and match the surrounding concrete as closely as possible.
