Hi, I’ve got a small section of outdoor decking that’s been heat damaged from a firepit. The affected area is roughly the size of a dinner plate. The boards are slightly cracked and scorched. I’m looking for someone experienced with decking to: - Assess the damage - Either sand/fill and repaint, OR replace 1–2 boards if needed - Blend the repair so it matches the surrounding deck This is for a rental property, so the goal is a clean, tidy finish that doesn’t stand out. Looking for someone experienced with timber floor repairs to fix a few small chips/gouges in our wooden floorboards. We've got squeaky floorboards in small section in one of our bedrooms (floorboards are under the carpet). Anyone available to fix/stop the squeaks? Not sure how much this costs so I will consider reasonable offers.

Repair two holes in laminate floor board inc fill and level it, and match the colour, grain, and sheen as closely as possible.

A timber deck that was originally built poorly needs refurbishing, the top timber and steps need replacing with treated timber and coated. Dimensions are as follows: - Main deck 2300 x 1550 x 20 mm - Top step 970 x 135 x 40 mm - Bottom two steps 970 x 290 x 40 mm The base looks to be in decent condition, only the deck surface and steps need replacing for now, then coated for protection. Weekend’s preferred, this needs doing asap. Quotes to please include all stores and removal of old deck pieces.

I need a skilled handyman or flooring specialist to repair a visible gap between two hybrid floorboards. The boards have separated slightly, and I’d like them realigned or tightened so the gap is no longer visible and the floor looks seamless again.

Need to repair a part of the timber floor as it has become uneven and bouncy. A portion of the floor is already touching the door and preventing it from opening completely, see attached image. Need the floor levelled again.
