Water damage under floorboards & need replacing.

Repair a floor board. I will provide board but add underboard, glue and level new board into place.

I have four bedrooms and a small hallway about 90 square meters all the carpet will be ripped up and the area will be ready to be laid

Washing machine has leaked dirty water and stained floor boards. Floorboards need to be repaired.

Removal of damaged boards and replace [radiator pine]. Sand flooring, stain to match and polish. Polish long hallway and two rooms [in one room almost all the flooring must be replaced. Room sizes approx. 4m x 4m 3 m x 3m

Looking for someone experienced with timber floor repairs to fix a few small chips/gouges in our wooden floorboards. Damage includes: -A couple of small holes/chips in the wood -some surface wear/scratches in nearby area I’m not looking for a full sand/polish at this stage — just a tidy cosmetic repair (fill, colour match, and seal if needed) to make the damage less noticeable. Please bring your own tools/materials and have experience with timber floor patch repairs. Photos attached.

Floor boards need polish and re-varnish in small area in large open space

Put down last line of floorboards in the room and put the skirting boards around. We have bought the skirting boards already. Any time after 11:30 am on Saturday is fine.

Floorboard needs replacement. I have sourced the replacement floorboard and require an experienced carpenter or handyman to replace it.

We've got squeaky floorboards in small section in one of our bedrooms (floorboards are under the carpet). Anyone available to fix/stop the squeaks? Not sure how much this costs so I will consider reasonable offers.
