I have termite damage in two areas of the house and just need a couple of hardwood floor boards replaced

Squeaky floorboards and needs sanding and polishing

I am retiling an upstairs bathroom. The job is going well but I need to address the subfloor where two boards in front of the shower are very damaged over the years. I need a capable carpenter to cut out the affected boards, check the joists and replace the boards so that we can properly waterproof the area prior to tiling. Waterproofers are due tomorrow so the job located in Somers is URGENT. I can arrange for fresh floorboards to be avallable for the job if required.

Carpenter/Handyman to replace weather boards and decking boards, small size job approximately one days work. Agreed hourly rate to be negotiated on site.

I have floorboards removed from an old farm home that I would like run through a thicknesser to get them ready for repurposing.

Sanding and buffing engineered floorboards

We have a mains pressure leak at the rear of the house under the floorboards. The house is weatherboard, approx 18" clearance under the house. Leak is 1 metre from the rear of the house

The actual floor of my powder room requires replacing due to leakage. I then require underlay (don’t have), new floorboards (I have) and skirts (I have) to be applied. The floor is 2m x 1.6m In addition there are 2-3 other skirts in the house that require replacement and I’d like two shelves added to the cloak room above the heater box.

A couple of pine weatherboards have come unstuck. They need to be refastened with deep screw

Remove and replace approximately 10 nailed in Merbau Decking boards . New ones to be installed with Decking screws . Will but the timber and screws. Labor only . Remove rubbish included . Can provide tip voucher .

Put self levelling compound over slate tiles and then lay laminate flooring over top. Kitchen and family room. Please quote me as I've put random figure down. Will need transitional ramp as there will be a split level. Thank you
