Two of our floorboards are damaged. A have replacement boards but I need someone who knows what they are doing to remove the damaged boards and replace with the new ones.

I need someone to replace one hardwood flooring board (I have the replacement board). Also, if possible, replace my wall skirting board.

I ripped up old carpet and found beautiful hardwood floorboards underneath. I’m wary of damaging the floor when removing the old carpet edge tack strips (approx 22m in total around the edge of the room) plus one transition strip (2m) so seeking some help to gently remove them without marking the floor. I’m aware there will be small holes once the strips are removed - will consider options once I’ve had a look after their removal. Kitchen island was removed, now need matching hard wood floor sourced and installed with existing impacted (cut) boards removed. The impacted area is circa 1.2m by 0.5m, but surrounding boards need to be replaced.
