We have an open riser staircase which is currently carpeted over hardwood. We would like to remove the carpet and finish the hardwood. Please see photos of the current staircase attached. Tasks are expected to involve: - Remove carpet, tack strips and staples (we can dispose) - Fill all holes with matching filler - Sand smooth (including removing existing paint on the sides, through sanding or any other method) - Apply hardwood floor finish It is noted that, at the back of the open riser steps, many staples were applied which are deep and appear to have been hit flush with the wood. Experienced decking carpenter required for one day's labour to replace approximately 16.5 m² of existing 135 mm Grey Box decking. I will supply timber and assist with demolition, cutting, carrying and installation. Existing subframe is sound. I need a bedroom 3.7 m by 3.5 m and a kitchen 2.3 m by 3.5 m and a small patch of hallway need sanding and repolishing. The hallway and kitchen are clear but the bedroom will need furniture removed. The floorboards are in good condition and don't need specific repairs

Fill gaps in floor and give a very light polish. Kitchen is most important area as gaps let food fall. Feel free to quote different options. Am not expecting perfection as these are old floors. Floor plan shows hardwood areas in red. “Section 1” is the priority but I’d love to do “1” and “2” if budget allows
