Looking for someone to sand back and oil a hardwood deck in Rosebery, approx. 30m2. - You'll need to bring your own industrial deck sander and all sanding consumables (paper/discs etc.) - Scope is a full sand followed by oiling the deck - budget covers both, including the deck oil (happy to discuss product/finish) - Timing is flexible, ideally in the next few weeks - Please clean up dust/debris after sanding and before oiling - There are a couple broken deck screws to watch out for however they are flush level with the deck itself and shouldn't be an issue (see images) Photos of the deck attached. We've just pulled up a floating floor across 4 bedrooms, exposing the original hardwood floorboards. The boards are in good condition but squeak/creak now the floating floor is off. Carpet is going down so we need the squeaks sorted while the floor is still accessible. 4 bedrooms totalling 900sqm.

We have an open riser staircase which is currently carpeted over hardwood. We would like to remove the carpet and finish the hardwood. Please see photos of the current staircase attached. Tasks are expected to involve: - Remove carpet, tack strips and staples (we can dispose) - Fill all holes with matching filler - Sand smooth (including removing existing paint on the sides, through sanding or any other method) - Apply hardwood floor finish It is noted that, at the back of the open riser steps, many staples were applied which are deep and appear to have been hit flush with the wood.
