Hardwood Timber floor damage in 2 small areas in2 rooms

Sanding hardwood in an empty ground floor unit in Randwick. Victorian period flooring. Needs polishing to lighten the floors.

Floor is scratched and needs either sanding and stain or replace boards

Hardwood floors need a professional clean and satin/matte floor polish. 3 bedrooms, lounge and dining area. Small house. No furniture to move as I have just bought the house.

We need floor sanding and coating of our hardwood floors, needs to be done on Friday 30th January. 45-50 sqm .

There are 2 marks on our hardwood floors that were made by a wet mop (that had a cleaning/disinfectant cleaning solution in it, Handy Andy). We are unsure on how to remove and are requesting offers by cleaners with experience with removing this type of stain successfully without any further damage. Looking for someone with experience in treating hardwood floors. Have a 4-bedroom house with sanded hardwood floors but need them lightly cleaned, treated with tung oil and the gaps between the floorboards filled to prevent draught. Open to quotes, unsure of price

I have hardwood planks on an outdoor table top that have some bows and warps. A manual planer will not suffice in in getting the planks straight. I think they need to be fed through a thicknesser to take off some of the old wood and level the planks out.
